Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-149/17, formulada por la Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica del municipio de Turbaco.

La Corte no sólo verificó el incumplimiento de los requisitos de procedencia de las solicitudes de aclaración de los fallos de las Salas de Revisión, sino la falta de legitimidad en la causa por activa de quien la presentó.

Se DENIEGA la aclaración pedida y se dispone enviar el escrito al Juzgado Primero Promiscuo Municipal de Turbaco, para que lo integre al expediente de tutela y, de ser necesario, adopte las decisiones a que hubiere lugar.
